Novus is led by two directors with over 32 years of combined experience in the London construction industry. Our backgrounds span project managing bespoke, high-end residential projects from start to finish through to delivering large-scale carpentry and joinery packages on some of London's biggest developments.
We bring the proven systems, processes and organisation of a larger contractor as a small, lean company. That's what allows us to keep projects organised, communicate clearly and maintain control over the details that matter.

A clear process from enquiry to handover.
We visit the site, discuss your requirements and talk through how best to move forward - then put together a proposal that accurately reflects the project.
We will provide a clear itemised quotation with a project programme so that you know exactly what you're getting, what it costs and when it will be completed.
Before works begin, we agree the full scope, programme and terms in writing. This gives everyone complete clarity from day one and means the project starts on solid ground.
We deliver the project to the agreed programme; coordinating all trades, maintaining standards at every stage and ensuring the build progresses exactly as planned.
We send weekly progress reports to all clients every Friday throughout the build. You will always know where the project stands, what we have planned for the coming week and any other key information. Proactive communication is something we consider a fundamental part of the service.
We hold a handover meeting to walk through the completed project with you, sign off the works and hand over all relevant documentation and certificates.
A full apartment refurbishment in Holland Park - stripped back to the structure and rebuilt from scratch. Structural alterations to open up the living spaces, a complete mechanical, electrical and AV rewire, new bathrooms in marble and stone, bespoke kitchen and joinery, feature ceilings with arched openings, and herringbone flooring with metal inlay throughout.
