If you don't already have a supplier chosen, we can introduce you to our bathroom showroom partners and accompany you on visits to help select tiles and sanitaryware. If you'd like a professional layout plan and 3D renders of your new bathroom before works begin, we offer a design service to produce exactly that.
On day one, before any works start, we introduce the full team so you know exactly who is working in your home. We then protect all working areas and every access route - hallways, corridors and stairs - with carpet and floor covering, and install dust screens where practical to keep disruption to the rest of your home to a minimum.
We project manage the entire refurbishment with regular updates so you always know what is happening and when. All trades are coordinated by us. You have one direct point of contact for the duration of the project - someone who knows your job inside out and is reachable throughout.
A formal handover walk-through on completion. All certificates, guarantees and documentation handed over. Every project carries a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of practical completion, and we remain available to all of our clients after that too.

12-month workmanship warranty
All works carried out by Novus Construction are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of practical completion. If anything we have installed or fitted develops a fault or defect as a result of our work within that period, we will return to rectify it at no cost to you.
Manufacturer warranties for all fixtures, sanitaryware and appliances are passed to you at handover. These run independently of our workmanship warranty and vary by product and brand.
The workmanship warranty covers defects in how something has been installed. It does not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused after handover, or product faults where the product itself is at fault - those are covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty.
Covers defects arising from how the work was installed - tiling, plumbing connections, joinery, electrics and all other works. We come back and fix it, no charge.
All product warranties are documented and transferred to you at handover. Where a product is at fault rather than the installation, we help you navigate the manufacturer claim.
We remain available to our clients beyond the warranty period. Any maintenance, adjustments or further works can be arranged directly with us.

For a standard single bathroom refurbishment - or renovation as it's often called - most projects run between 10 and 15 working days from strip-out to practical completion. Larger or more complex bathrooms - those with bespoke joinery, wet room tanking or significant plumbing repositioning - typically take 3 to 4 weeks.
Before works start, we produce a detailed project programme showing exactly which trades are on site on which days, so you know what to expect throughout. We do not leave sites open-ended.
Both options are available. If you already have a supplier or specific products in mind, we work to your schedule and install everything to specification. If you need help sourcing, we can introduce you to our showroom partners, accompany you on visits and advise on what works for the space - accessing trade pricing on your behalf.
Our estimator costs cover labour and building materials only. Tile and sanitaryware costs are separate and depend on your chosen specification.
In most cases, yes. We fully protect all working areas and access routes before starting, and we leave the site clean at the end of each working day. For projects involving a single bathroom in a property with another usable bathroom, most clients stay in the property throughout without issue.
If the bathroom being refurbished is the only one in the property, we can discuss the programme with you to minimise the period without a functioning bathroom.
We can reposition plumbing, drainage and waste points as part of the refurbishment. This is often worth doing if you want to reconfigure the layout, add a bath where there wasn't one before, or move the shower to a different wall. It adds time and cost to the project, but we assess what's involved during the site survey and factor it into your quote.
We manage everything. Plumbing, electrics, tiling, joinery, decoration - all coordinated by us under one contract. You do not need to find or manage separate trades. An electrical installation certificate is issued on completion as standard.
The estimator gives a realistic indicative range based on bathroom size, scope and specification. It is useful for understanding ballpark costs before committing to a site visit. It covers labour and building materials only - it does not include tile or sanitaryware supply costs, which vary by specification.
A precise, itemised quote is only possible after a site visit, where we can assess the existing layout, pipework, access and any structural factors. The site visit is free and there is no obligation to proceed.
Yes. A significant proportion of our work is in apartment buildings and leasehold properties across London. We understand the additional considerations involved - building management rules, contractor access restrictions, protection of communal areas and the need to avoid any disruption to neighbouring residents or shared spaces.
For all apartment and communal building projects, we carry out a pre-condition survey before starting on site. Every existing mark, scuff and area of damage in the communal areas we pass through is photographed and documented before we begin. This protects you from any disputes with your building management company or freeholder about damage we did not cause.
If your building requires contractor insurance documentation, method statements or prior approval before works can start, we handle all of that as standard.
